2. All of our items are tested well before shipping. If the items get damaged during shipping, or do not work properly out of the box, please contact us so that we can help you with the issues.

3. For a technical issue of an item, we would try our best to help you fix it, and we would resend a new replacement for free or issue a full refund if that issues can not be fixed.

Return Policy

At Bigarbee.com, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return merchandise authorization (RMA) within the return warranty period of 30 days. Please note that products returned without quality problems require the buyer to pay for the freight.

To initiate the RMA process, please follow these three easy steps:

Step 1: Get RMA Authorization

To obtain RMA authorization, please send an email to info@bigarbee.com with your RMA request. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. Your RMA request should include the order number, SKU, reason for the return, images of the product, whether you want a replacement or refund, and any other relevant concerns.

Step 2: Ship the Return Goods

Once you receive RMA authorization, ship the return goods back to us. Please make sure that the return item is in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and with the shipping address from the Mechdiy.com customer service center. We recommend that you use a tracking shipping method and provide us with the tracking number. Bigarbee.com will not be responsible for any missing return shipments.

Step 3: Get the Replacement or Refund

Upon receiving your return package, Bigarbee.com will arrange for a replacement or refund within 1-3 business days. If you choose a refund, the money will be returned to you within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive the money after 5 business days, please contact us at info@bigarbee.com

Refund Policy

1. Orders have not yet been shipped, we support refunds at any time.

2. If your order have been shipped out, we only will refund after you received the package and pay for the return shipping fee send it back to us.

 

Important Notes

For return back the defective products to us, we suggest customers:

1. Pack the products well and add more bubble paper into the package to well protect it during transportation to us.

2. Use ordinary logistics shipping way to send back the product to us. We will be charged high customs fee and our local customs may hold on the products imported.

3. Write a letter in the package. Write down your order ID, your name and the reason why you send back the product to us.

4. Tell us the tracking number after sending out the item to us. This will help us to follow the parcel.

5. Shipping back the products to us may take you a long time. We suggest you wait patiently. We will remind you as soon as we receive the parcel from you.

6. Buyer should pay for the shipping when he sends back us the product.

7. We will use Register air mail to send back the replacement to the buyer as soon as we receive the parcel.
